HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Standard orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Custom orders typically require 5–10 business days after your design and order details have been approved.

One-of-one, handmade, bulk, or highly detailed pieces may require additional time. Any special processing times will be communicated before your order is finalized.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

Absolutely. UNTD offers custom apparel for individuals, businesses, brands, events, teams, organizations, gifts, and more.

CAN I SEND MY OWN DESIGN OR INSPIRATION?

Yes. You can submit your own artwork, logo, photo, or inspiration when requesting a custom order.

We'll review your files and discuss the best way to bring your idea to life. Some designs may need adjustments before production.

DO YOU OFFER BULK OR GROUP ORDERS?

Yes. We accept orders for businesses, events, birthdays, family reunions, teams, organizations, and other groups.

Pricing and turnaround time depend on the design, quantity, garment, and order requirements. Submit a custom quote request to get started.

ARE UNTD PIECES HANDMADE?

Some are!

UNTD offers a mix of original apparel, custom-printed pieces, and handcrafted one-of-one designs. Our specialty pieces may include hand stitching, appliqué, embroidery, distressing, embellishments, and other mixed-media details.

Because handmade pieces are created individually, slight variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ITEM?

For the longest life, wash your garment inside out in cold water with a mild detergent.

Tumble dry on low or hang dry when possible. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly over printed designs, embroidery, appliqué, rhinestones, or other embellishments.

Specialty pieces may include additional care instructions.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Custom, personalized, and one-of-one items are final sale unless your order arrives damaged or an error was made by UNTD.

Eligible standard items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery and must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
